Three Creeks Brewing

New Brew in the Old West

Est. 2008, Sisters

In 2008 Wade Underwood established Three Creeks Brewing, then a single 10 barrel brewpub on the east side of Sisters, the modernized country town 22 miles northwest of Bend. Situated next to the Sisters Movie House and adjacent to the FivePine resort development, it didn’t take long for the Three Creeks to garner a strong following. The beer was (and remains) excellent; local favorites included a malty Firestorm Red and Hoodoo Voodoo IPA. Designed with the Old West appeal that predominates in Sisters, Three Creeks is a family-friendly brewpub that continues to offer a good selection of burgers, salads, entrees, and of course fresh beer on tap. Being the only brewpub in Sisters, and consitently making great beer, it was only a matter of time before a larger facility was built.

In 2015, to meet the growing demand, a 30 barrel production facility was opened on the east side of town. More beer meant more brewers, and it was just around this time when Jeff Cornett (now head brewer) hopped on board. While purpose built to keg, bottle, and can their beers, the town was delighted when 3 years later, and for their 10 year anniversary, they converted the parking lot outside the brewery into an area where folks good get together and have a pint or two. While the original line-up of beers may differ from when they launched, you can still throw back a pint, or pick-up a 6 pack, of some awards winning beers like Knotty Blonde or their Fivepine Chocolate Porter.
