Consistently inconsistent posts about the craft beers in this tiny town of Bend, Oregon. JK, Bend is a city now, and the beer scene is more than just about one place in Central Oregon. Good beer is being made all around us. While the craft beer fever has subsided with the prescription of wine bars, cocktail lounges, and the ability to legally hit the store for some fine Oregon Jazz Cabbage, my interest in craft beer remains. So cheers to the Central Oregon brewers.

 

Here’s to perhaps posting on a more regular-ish basis. A seven year gap between posts, oof, my b.

Hoppy Holidays! Another great year for the craft beer industry in Bend, from the start of two new breweries in Redmond (Juniper, Wild Ride), and two in Bend (North Rim, Monkless), Boneyard Beer’s new “RPM Factory”,  a new addition to the two man, one woman crew over at Oblivion, the purchase of 10 Barrel Brewing by ABInBev, and the recent news of Bend being the #1 Beer City – it’s been exciting!
