If you’re looking for the ultimate resort experience in Central Oregon, Sunriver is the place. And guess what? There’s a brewery there! Sunriver Brewing Company opened their doors July 2012 serving a variety of regional craft beer Shortly thereafter they tapped their very own brews and never looked back. With brew master Brett Thomas at the helm, Sunriver Brewing has consistently won awards for their outstanding brews. Despite their international recognition they have not lost site of their Central Oregon roots.

In 2016 they released the oh so popular “Rippin” Northwest Ale at the Grand Opening of their second brew pub on Galveston Ave in Bend – where Oblivion Brewing previously resided for a short time. With both indoor and outdoor seating, dog burgers, and a revolving tap list of signature and seasonal beers, Sunriver Brewing quickly become the go-to pub on Galveston Avenue. Then in 2022, to the joy of another bend neighborhood, they opened an “East Side” Pub on Neff Rd. While it may be easy to assume that the success of Sunriver solely revolves around the multitude of award winning beers that are consistently produced year round, however it is also – okay fine, it’s the beer.
